Two passionate food lovers originally from Kolkata, India, are excited to share their intricately selected dishes from their hometown they grew up in. Hakka Chinese immigrants started using hand-picked Indian spices in their cooking to suit local palate. With over three generations of perfecting this new Cuisine, Indian-style Chinese food emerged as a popular local delicacy which was truly loved by people all over the country.
